I had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the warm welcome and thoughtful amenities to the engaging staff, everything was splendid. The only downside was that not all staff were as attentive as I'd hoped, leading to a few small issues during my stay. Overall, a delightful getaway in Napa that's worth considering for your trip!
